I am Teresa B. Cyrus. I hold an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems. I am an extrovert technology professional with three decades of experience in process optimization through modern technology. I am also a mother of two and have been married to my husband, Raymond, for 28 years.
Over my thirty years working in the corporate world, I built trusted partnerships with various business teams – sales, marketing, communications, Investor Relations, administrative, and executives – that foster confidence and empower users to simplify the workday process.
In 2021, with a newfound joy in helping individuals grow and learn as companies shift to cloud solutions, I proudly share my Microsoft knowledge, time-saving tricks, and tips through my own company, TRACCreations4e, LLC.
