The Office 365 home page or Office.com navigates subscribers to files, people, and applications quickly. The most active items are at your fingertips.
However, there are times when you would like to open multiple application windows. Let’s say, during your conference call you want to display multiple reports that are stored in various Microsoft products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and you want the windows already open so that you can drag the content onto your second monitor.
By pressing two keys, “Control“, and the desired Application Icon, you can open an application in a new window (tab). Watch the short video.
